Dear Friends,

Since last we wrote, we have been reminded of the importance of not only knowing what the vision is for what we do, but also revisiting that vision in order to stay on track. The overall mission of Puente Ministries is supplied from Scripture, and is articulated in the commissions of the New Testament, which in a phrase is being a part of seeing more and more people choose to be disciples, or apprentices of Jesus. Hopefully, all the decisions concerning projects, programs, events and such will be based upon and informed by our vision statement: We exist as an organization for the nurturing, training, and equipping of spiritual leaders.
