You can download the forms for camp by clicking on the pdf link here or at the Kidszone table and the connect table in the lobby.  They can also call the church office and provide an email, and we can send them to them.  Please fill them out and return them to the church office or Heather Garner.  We will take it from there and get them signed up at camp.  

 

HIDDEN HAVEN CHRISTIAN CAMP SCHEDULE

ALL AGES ARE FOR “just finished” THIS GRADE

 

Day Camp: Saturday, June 1 - $10 Kindergarten

 

1st-2nd grade Camp: June 21-22 - $25 1st through 2nd grade

 

3rd-4th grade Camp: June 23-25 - $37.50 3rd through 4th grade

 

5th-6th grade Camp: June 16-20 - $87.50 5th through 6th grade

 

Note to parents of 6th grade:

It is your choice to send a child to 5/6th grade week OR Middle

School week.  Note the ages that will be included in that week.

 

Middle School 1 Camp: June 9-14 - $100.00 6th through 8th grade

 

High School 1 Camp: June 2-7 - $100 9th through 12th grade

 

• Please include the enrollment fee and T-shirt money ($15) with the Registration form and turn it into the church office.

· The above fee is what the camper/family is responsible for paying.  OCC will pay the other half.
